How to Know Who Loves You

How to Know Who Loves You

We spend so much time waiting to be loved, hoping that love will find us, seek, long for that special love. Feel empty and disappear without it. Want someone to give us love and fill us. Unfortunately, it's not usually the way of life goes.

You will draw exactly what you make in your life. You will attract you what you believe is right for you. No more, no less. In other words, when you believe that you deserve love, you will love yourself and then you will attract love to you from other sources.

Let's step by step. Take a realistic evaluation of yourself. Be honest with yourself about how valuable you are as a person. The way you see yourself and treat yourself is the way other people will see you and treat you.

Do you see yourself as valuable, worthy of a gift of love? More importantly, do you treat yourself lovingly and as a valuable creature? Just be honest with yourself, maybe not beautiful! Awareness is the first and stronger step on the road to change!

If you find yourself trusting yourself as inappropriate love - then here and now, I want you to forgive yourself. After all, there may be things in your childhood or previous years that created that belief for you. That is not true; every creature on this planet deserves love, after all, love is our goal here, it's all about it. Tell yourself now; "I forgive myself for believing that I am not worthy of love." Go look in the mirror and say aloud to yourself, see yourself right in the eye and say it as you mean. Come on, I'll wait.

That might be difficult for some of you, but I know you can do it! Now, I want you to post this affirmation somewhere where you will see it every day; "I have the courage to believe that I am worthy of being loved." Read aloud, every day, at least once, ideally at least ten times each time you see it. Amazing sticky notes for affirmation.

Then, take action and make the words real. Begin to love and respect yourself. It is said that you cannot give what you do not have. So if you can't love and accept yourself unconditionally, how can you love and accept others unconditionally? Moreover, receive love as a reply from them?

Remember, love is not a feeling, it's a choice! Make choices to love yourself. After all, who deserves it? The more you love yourself, the more you love the people around you. Family and friends in particular will benefit from this. Make choices to come from a place of love for yourself and for everyone who is important in your life.
